What's New:
Congratulations to our 2008/09 Board Members
At our 2008 Heritage Region annual meeting, members had an
opportunity to vote on a new slate of board members. Elected members
included:
• Region Director-Elect: Randi Hansen, Cleveland (one-year term with
automatic succession to 2009-2010 Region Director) • Communications Director/Secretary:
Karin Ricketts, Indianapolis
(two-year term) • Finance Director: Guy Westermeyer, Indianapolis. (two-year term)
• Professional Development Director: Mary Bogan, Dayton (two-year
term) • Region Growth & Development Director: Matt Evans, Cleveland
(second year of a two-year term) • Chapter Liaison: Pat Frey, Greater Cincinnati (two-year term)

October 12-14 will be the dates of
our 2008 IABC
Heritage Region Fall Conference in Hartford, CT. Learn how you

An exciting aspect of our fall conference is
that Heritage Region has been selected to run IABC International’s
first ever national student conference concurrently with our

About IABC Heritage Region
The IABC Heritage Region has
the largest number of members of any region, serving 17 U.S. states plus
Washington , D.C. The region covers Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana,
Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan,
New Hampshire,
New Jersey, New York,
Ohio, Pennsylvania,
Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and
West Virginia.
The
IABC Heritage Region supports IABC's mission by:

Serving Region members, primarily through providing guidance,
support, and development opportunities for Chapter leaders;

Fostering growth within the Region; and
-
Serving as a communication conduit between members, chapters and the
IABC Executive Board.
